We are Restorations Plus, a restorer and dealer in religious art. We have been in business for almost nine years, locating at our present address of 5427 Virginia Avenue in South St. Louis just two years ago. Our first love is the restoration of lovely old religious art.

We repair and restore pieces to their original palette or to your particular artistic preference. We work on plaster, wood, metals, fiberglass, resins, canvas, and porcelain, sometimes embellishing with varied metal leafing or other decorative enhancement. Many churches in and around the City of St. Louis have examples of our work on display. It was our honor to have worked on the chapel at Archbishop Rigali's home just previous to Pope John Paul's visit to St. Louis in the Year 2000.

As the artist and consultant of our firm, my background is in art. Previous experience (pre-Restorations Plus) was in photographic art, after which I apprenticed under a conservation architect and historic consultant in ecclesiastical statuary for six years.

We are mainly in the business of restoring the wonderful religious art with which we have the privilege of working. In our endeavor to save this art, we buy to preserve and we sell to share.
